Rainbow Cake

Things You'll Need:

1 box of white cake mix
1 - 12 oz can of Sprite
Gel food coloring
1 - 8 oz tub of whipped topping
1 package of instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

1-Pour one can of Sprite into one box of white cake mix. You do not add eggs, oil or water to the mix as the package will indicate. It will be lumpy.

2-Separate the batter evenly into 6 bowls. Stir in color to each bowl using an separate spoons for each color.

3-Start putting in the colored batter one at a time in the middle of the pan using a measuring spoon. One thing people love to do is one pan with the beginning of the rainbow (yellow, orange and red) and the second pan with the the end of the rainbow (purple, blue and green). This will help it so that each pan will have roughly the same amount of batter in them.

4-Cook the cakes as directed on the box.

5-Use this time to mix up your frosting for your cake. Mix together one 8 oz tub of whipped topping with one box of pudding mix. You can also color your frosting with the dye previously used.

*Cool your frosting until needed.*

6-After the cake has cooled - frost, serve and enjoy!
